🍰 Terms of Service – Custom Cakes

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment
All custom cake orders must be placed with at least 2 weeks’ notice. Rush orders (within 1 week) are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before pickup or delivery. Orders not paid in full by the due date may be canceled.

2. Cancellations & Changes
Changes to your order (size, flavour, design, date) must be requested at least 7 days in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee changes after that period. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may receive credit toward a future order. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

3. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup times will be arranged in advance and must be strictly followed. Cakes not collected at the agreed time may not be stored or available later. If delivery is arranged, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the location and time provided.

4. Design & Inspiration
We do not copy other bakers’ designs exactly but are happy to use inspiration photos as a guide. Each cake is handmade and unique, so slight variations in colour, piping, and finish may occur.

7. Photography & Promotion
We reserve the right to photograph your cake before pickup or delivery and may use these images for marketing or social media purposes.
