All cakes are made to order with love, care, and attention to detail. Because each item is custom-made and perishable, we do not offer returns or refunds once the cake has been collected or delivered.

Please double-check all order details (including date, size, flavours, and design requests) before confirming your booking.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cake. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right if there has been an error on our part.
